Key responsibilities for the programmers:
Migrate legacy systems to the web using web connect.
Maintain and enhance code for core product
Write code for new projects and products
Test and debug code
Conduct data conversions
Fix bugs
Support customers to resolve new business problems
Document existing library functions
Interact with internal and external customers
Organize functions, libraries, and consolidate code
Other responsibilities as assigned
