We are currently seeking an IT Systems Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals at our Irving, TX head office location.By joining our team, you will have opportunities to work across enterprise infrastructure technologies, contribute to system reliability and security, and support ongoing technology modernization initiatives.Brock offers a collaborative work environment, comprehensive benefits, profit sharing, and a culture that values professional growth and teamwork.Responsibilities:· Own and evolve system platforms, including administration, stability, and performance· Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and Entra ID· Design, implement, and operate virtualized infrastructure (VMware)· Own system lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, and platform evolution· Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to alerts and incidents· Troubleshoot and resolve escalated systems and infrastructure issues· Collaborate with various teams to design, operate, and continuously improve secure enterprise environments· Document standards, processes, and solutions to capture decisions and improve long-term supportability· Design and implement new infrastructure solutions, contributing ideas that influence technology direction and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications Required:· 3+ years of experience implementing, managing, documenting, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, VMware)· Experience supporting virtualized environments (VMware)· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills· Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experiencePreferred Experience· Experience with cloud or hybrid environments (Azure or similar platforms)· Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and alerting tools· Experience with identity and access management solutions· Exposure to infrastructure modernization or continuous improvement initiativesOther Job Information (if applicable):We appreciate your interest in joining our team.Please note that: (a) all applicants must be legally entitled to work in the country where the position is located; and (b) some roles require eligibility for government security clearances or site access, which may require citizenship or lawful permanent resident status under the applicable policies and regulations.Brock Solutions strives to create a respectful, accessible and inclusive work environment.
