Senior Business Consultant – SyteLine - Remote with Travel

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant with strong expertise in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) within manufacturing environments. This role is focused on ERP implementation, operational process optimization, and helping clients improve overall business performance through effective system utilization and process transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle Infor CSI / SyteLine ERP implementations from discovery through go-livePartner with manufacturing clients to evaluate and improve operational workflowsSupport business areas including:Production managementPlanning and schedulingInventory control and procurementFinancials and cost accountingConduct business requirements gathering and solution workshopsConfigure system functionality based on client needsCoordinate testing activities, end-user training, and deployment supportProvide post go-live assistance and continuous improvement recommendationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on Infor SyteLine / CSI consulting experienceProven experience delivering multiple end-to-end ERP implementations8+ years working within manufacturing operations or manufacturing-focused consultingStrong background in business process improvement and operational optimizationAbility to work directly with clients in a consultative, problem-solving capacityPreferred QualificationsExperience with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologiesStrong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsAdditional NotesCandidates must have direct SyteLine / Infor CSI experienceExperience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms alone will not be considered equivalentTravel RequirementsApproximately 50% travel, primarily across the Midwest and East Coast regionsTravel is generally weekday-based with minimal weekend requirementsConsultants are assigned based on project and client needs rather than fixed territoriesIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges, understands how operational processes impact ERP system performance, and is passionate about delivering measurable business improvements for clients.
