This role will partner closely with Packaging, Marketing, Product Development, and external vendors to create visually compelling and production-ready packaging artwork for primary and secondary packaging.The ideal candidate has strong packaging design experience, excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConcept, design, and develop luxury beauty packaging and component solutions from concept through production-ready artworkCreate production-ready files for primary and secondary packaging in alignment with established brand guidelinesCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Packaging, and external vendors to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectivesManage multiple packaging projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentOrganize and maintain creative packaging assets, libraries, templates, fonts, images, and design filesMaintain file naming conventions and archive systems for creative assetsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify luxury beauty and packaging trendsSupport innovative design initiatives and contribute fresh creative ideasWork closely with production vendors and printers to ensure quality, accuracy, and manufacturability of packaging designsSupport revisions, artwork updates, and packaging refinements throughout development cyclesRequired QualificationsDegree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experienceProven experience in packaging design and production artworkStrong understanding of brand guidelines, typography, layout, and print productionExperience managing multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsBeauty, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury brand experience preferredExperience with market research and competitive analysisExposure to digital marketing or web-related creative projectsUnderstanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and luxury finishesAI tool knowledge and experience is a plusTechnical SkillsExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite:IllustratorPhotoshopInDesignFigma proficiency requiredStrong Mac platform knowledgeBasic Mac/PC troubleshooting skillsMicrosoft PowerPoint and Teams experience preferredEqual Opportunity & Inclusion StatementCogent Infotech is an equal opportunity employer.
