Montagu Private Equity (“Montagu”), a leading European private equity firm, acquired RTI in 2020 and has supported the transformation of the company to its next level of potential.Responsibilities Cleans, mops, and sanitizes offices, break rooms, hallways, toilets, and showers Cleans windows, windowsills, window treatments, walls, and furniture Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, etc. to prepare facilities for events Empties and cleans waste and trash containers Stocks restrooms, break rooms, and other service areas as assigned May operate floor polisher or other cleaning equipment Follows prescribed protocols for maintaining privacy and confidentiality of protected health information in accordance with HIPAA standards and confidentiality policies Follows prescribed protocols for safety and infection control Identifies areas of the facilities that need attention or improvement and submits work orders for repair Other duties as assigned Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field Relevant experience may substitute for education requirement Certification N/A Skills Cleaning Sanitation Organization Travel N/A Safety Physical Requirement Move or lift heavy objects (26-50) pounds Frequent (>75%) stationary position (standing or sitting) while utilizing digital displays Occasional (<25%) low postures such as stooping or crouching Working Environment Work on or near heavy equipment and use of hand and power tools Potential exposure to hot, humid outside temperatures; possible work near biomedical and chemical hazards
