Raw Materials Processing Technician

Job Description Receiving, storing, and processing veal glands/organsReceiving, storing, and processing organic vegetables cultures Detail cleaning/sanitizing of processing rooms including dry rooms, walk-in cold room, culture room and Bio Lab Detail cleaning/sanitizing processing equipment and utensils: mills, planetary mixer, stand mixer, steam kettle, boiler, meat grinder.Correctly filling out the appropriate documentation including processing batch records, identification boards and logsStoring, using, and disposing of Acetone in compliance with local and federal regulationsDaily monitoring of dry rooms, cold rooms, and freezer storage temperaturesOperating mills, planetary mixer, stand mixer, steam kettle, boiler, meat grinderEffectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and leads/supervisors.Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach to managing challenging situationsAssisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staffPerforms other duties as assigned
