As a Banquet Server, you'll be part of the team that helps bring weddings, galas, conferences, and other special events to lifeone plate, smile, and celebration at a time.Provide exceptional service to guests in banquet and catering settingsSet up and break down event spaces, including linens, tableware, and place settingsDeliver food and beverages with attention to timing and presentationFollow all Pennsylvania state laws and BCC policies regarding food and beverage serviceMaintain cleanliness and organization of service areasCommunicate professionally with guests, teammates, and kitchen staffHandle guest requests and respond to questions with a helpful, can-do attitudeEnsure service runs smoothly, whether you're part of a team or working soloPerform other duties as assigned by managementMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)Excellent customer service and hospitality skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsMust be able to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periodsStrong attention to detail, time management, and organizationComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAlcohol awareness certification (or willingness to obtain)Flexible availabilitymust be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededWe know great work deserves great rewards.
