Lead responsible for driving architecture, delivery, integration, and operational excellence across Microsoft 365, VMware, Citrix, End User Computing (EUC), Windows Server, monitoring platforms, and NOC operationsThis role requires strong hands-on engineering expertise, deep troubleshooting capabilities across infrastructure and application layers, and the ability to manage enterprise-level application integrations from the application layer down to infrastructureThe ideal candidate combines technical leadership with SRE practices, automation expertise, enterprise integration knowledge, and end-to-end ownership of complex technical ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Ecosystem (AD, MECM, Intune, M365)Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments including patching, performance tuning, and fault resolution.Oversee Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and domain hardeningAutomate server operations using PowerShell and configuration toolsArchitect, deploy, and optimize Windows 10/11 environments, endpoint security, device management, and hardware lifecycle processes.Administer Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure ADImplement identity protection, conditional access, and compliance policiesImprove collaboration, endpoint management, and overall cloud security postureManage OS Deployment (OSD), application packaging, patch compliance, baselines, and device reportingAutomate packaging workflows and improve compliance scoring and reportingCitrix AdministrationAdminister Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) including provisioning, image management, policies, profiles, and StoreFront.Manage Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, gateway access, and authentication integrations.Conduct performance analysis, resource optimization, and troubleshooting across application layers, hypervisors, and network components.Support application publishing, profile tuning (FSLogix/UPM), and Citrix infrastructure upgradesEnsure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and secure remote access environmentsVMware AdministrationManage VMware vSphere/ESXi including cluster operations, provisioning, patching, performance tuning, HA/DRS, snapshots, and automation.Support virtualization capacity planning, disaster recovery strategies, and security posture improvementsMonitoring Tool AdministrationAdminister enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWindsBuild custom dashboards, SLIs, alerts, synthetic tests, and telemetry pipelinesIntegrate monitoring with NOC workflows and SRE observability practicesExpand monitoring coverage to reduce blind spots and improve operational intelligenceIdentity Lifecycle Management – ARS (One Identity), Azure SSO & WorkdayAutomate and maintain identity lifecycle workflows using Active Roles Server (ARS)Support Workday $B"*(B AD/M365 provisioning, job change automation, and and self-service tooling.Implement observability practices covering logs, metrics, traces, and events.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective action plans.Drive resilience engineering across infrastructure and applications.Integrate SRE frameworks with EUC, Citrix, VMware, M365, and enterprise application workloads.Technical LeadershipMentor engineering teams across EUC, Cloud, Citrix, Servers, Monitoring, and Virtualization domainsLead platform transformation initiatives, upgrades, cloud integrations, and automation programsDevelop architecture diagrams, documentation, SOPs, and standardsAct as a technical advisor to leadership and cross-functional teamsRequired Skills & Experience12–15+ years of hands-on experience across infrastructure, EUC,
