Outbound Sales Representative

Position OverviewRadar Talent Solutions is a fast growing startup company supporting K12 school districts with workforce development. We is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Sales Support Coordinator to support outbound sales efforts and sales operations for Radar and select Radar-supported clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring outreach activity, follow-up, and opportunity tracking are executed consistently and accurately.This is a 1099 contract position designed for someone who is comfortable supporting outbound sales activity, managing sales processes, and keeping opportunities moving forward in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales SupportSupport outbound outreach efforts, including email and phone-based communicationConduct select outbound calls and accurately document outcomesAssist with prospect research and outreach preparation as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activity and responsesSales Operations ManagementMaintain lead and opportunity tracking to ensure no prospects or opportunities go unaddressedMonitor follow-up status after initial outreach to ensure clear next steps are definedSupport drip and re-engagement efforts by identifying contacts requiring follow-up and appropriate timingTrack open opportunities and proposals to prevent stalling or drop-offEnsure meetings are scheduled and documented following outreach or expressed interestKeep CRM and sales tracking systems accurate, organized, and currentTime Commitment & CompensationInitial commitment: 5 - 10 hours per weekCompensation: $25 per hour (1099 contractor) + quarterly sales incentives  Work volume may vary month to month based on active initiatives and client needsOpportunity for expanded scope or hours based on performance and business growthLocation & Work EnvironmentMust be located in the Twin Cities metro areaMajority of work can be completed remotelyAvailability for occasional in-person trainings and meetings is requiredDesired Behaviors & AttributesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsResults-driven with a focus on follow-through and outcomesComfortable with rejection and outbound sales activityStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-directed, reliable, and able to manage work independentlyComfortable working in a part-time, contract-based rolePreferred Experience (Not Required)Experience supporting sales, business development, or outreach effortsFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales tracking toolsExperience with email campaigns, outbound calling, or follow-up managementComfort working with education, public-sector, or mission-driven organizations is a plusContract StatusThis is a 1099 independent contractor position. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and equipment.
