Plan Coding Specialist

A company is looking for a Plan Coding Specialist I to analyze plan documents and maintain group set-up in the Qiclink System. Key Responsibilities Accurately code self-funded and fully insured groups based on plan documents Update coding for all plan changes and maintain HRA processing plans Audit accuracy of tasks and coordinate with staff to ensure proper coding of benefits Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of Healthcare Benefits Experience required 1-2 years of Plan Coding experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Microsoft Access is a plus Strong analytical skills and knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding terminology
