Acloche is seeking candidates who thrive in a manufacturing environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and operate basic machine functionsOperate automated and semiautomated equipmentChange materials and demold parts in fast paced production environmentAssemble and disassemble production dies and toolsGauge production according to customer specificationsDetail/sand production parts for functionalityLoad and unload production partsResponsible for completing daily assignments to meet customer demands for production.Assists in the training of any new employees as needed.Assists in maintaining an orderly plant layout - cleans and organizes areas as necessary.QualificationsMust be able to speak/read English fluently.Ability to understand basic mathematical skills (i.e. adding and subtracting)Ability to identify defective production partsAbility to operate and read a scaleAbility to read a tape measureWorking EnvironmentThe environment can be dusty and dirty.The work area is in a hot and/or cold environment.Required to wear a respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry 55 pounds occasionallyMust be able to qualify for and wear a respirator.Prolonged periods working on your feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.The job requires lifting, pulling, pushing, turning, stacking, standing, and operating a foot pedal.These temp-to-hire opportunities will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable Manufacturing experience.
