Job Description3M is seeking a National Account Director to lead the U.S. and Canada Consumer Business for Walmart and Sam's Club. This strategic, results-driven sales leader will drive growth across multiple brand portfolios through strong negotiation, analytical capability, and cross-functional collaboration. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead a team of Sales Account Managers, Business Analysts, and Replenishment Managers to deliver against key account objectivesDrive growth, profitability, and strategic account performanceInfluence cross-functional partners across Supply Chain, Analytics, Marketing, and Category teamsManage sales forecasts, monthly goals, promotional budgets, and performance targetsGuide line reviews and all internal and external customer-focused meetingsBuild strong stakeholder relationshipsLead Customer Operating Plans, Joint Business Plans, and Quarterly Business ReviewsCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Twelve (12) years of experience in Key Account Sales for regional and national chain accounts, including leadership or team management responsibilityCurrent, valid Driver's LicenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience calling on national key accountsKnowledge of customer- and dealer-centric toolsDemonstrated strength in sales leadership, with a proven ability to deliver results, meet objectives, and drive strategic negotiation and planningExperience with Analytics and Supply Chain preferredWork locationOn-site: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at 3M Rogers, AR.Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international.Relocation: May be authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).All U.S.-based 3M full-time employees will need to sign an employee agreement as a condition of employment with 3M.
