CNC Machinist Job Details: Schedule1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:20 PM - 11:00 PMLocation- HuntersvilleStarting Pay $22/hou Payrate Starting CNC Machinist Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and optimize CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production goals and maintaining safety and quality standards. CNC Machinist Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machines for production runsRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructionsPerform in-process inspections using precision measuring toolsMonitor tooling, make adjustments, and troubleshoot machining issuesTrack production data including output, scrap, and downtimeCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teamsSupport continuous improvement, 5S, and lean initiativesMaintain a clean and safe work environment CNC Machinist Required Qualifications:5+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environmentStrong knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain)Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&TExperience with precision measurement and inspection toolsTechnical school or machining certification preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail CNC Machinist Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsStanding, walking, bending, and repetitive motion throughout shift PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
