Salary and Benefits Salary: $31.27 - $46.91 per hour (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance: Available (based on relocation distance) Health Insurance: Employer contributes more than 70% Dental Insurance: Available Vision Insurance: Available Paid Holidays: 11 days PTO: 24 days total (10 vacation days, 12 sick days, 2 personal days) Retirement Package: 401(K) with 5% employer match Malpractice Liability: Covered License Renewal: Covered Continuing Education: 40 hours of approved time off and $1,500 allowance Student Loan Repayment (Up to 100k) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Schedule: No nights, no weekends, and no holidays Responsibilities Typical Schedule: 40 hours per week (Friday clinics end by noon or 1 PM) Patient Load: 7-9 patients per day, with time adjustments for scheduled procedures Appointment Timing:60 minutes for prophylaxis, bitewings, and exams 90-120 minutes for scaling and root planing (SCRP)Outpatient Dental Care: Provide preventive and therapeutic dental services to a diverse patient population Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Collaboration: Work closely with dentists and support staff to deliver high-quality care Requirements Clear and Active Dental Hygienist License in the State of Missouri Compassionate Approach to Patient Care New Graduates Welcome About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm dedicated to bridging the gap between healthcare organizations and high-quality candidates.
