We are currently looking for a marketing coordinator to join our team!Our Property Management team is looking for a highly enthusiastic, responsible Groundsman with a vision for excellence. If you think you have these qualities, we would love for you to join our growing and dynamic team!Duties and ResponsibilitiesMow the lawns, prune the bushes and trees, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured lookKeep grounds clean by picking up litter, emptying trash cans, and sweeping parking lot and walkwaysOperate snow removal equipment during the winter to keep all of the walkways and building entrances cleared and safeTake on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the project managerCollaborate with maintenance team to make sure the grounds and the building are always properly cared forPerform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and toolsPerform errands and transport materials if required by the property; operate company vehicle following all state traffic and driving laws.
