Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Carmel, IN. The Freight Broker will handle day-to-day logistics operations, including managing freight brokerage tasks, coordinating shipments, and maintaining communication with carriers and customers. Responsibilities include dispatching shipments, ensuring timely delivery, managing customer relationships, and working to optimize operational efficiency while meeting performance goals. Qualifications Expertise in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operationsStrong Customer Service skills and a customer-focused mindsetProficiency in Dispatching and coordinating freight shipmentsExperience in Account Management and building lasting client relationshipsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with transportation management systems and industry best practicesHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
