Position Summary: The successful Custodian responsibilities, job duties and major tasks are to assist with the day-to-day, event and post-event cleaning operations in trash removal and janitorial services at Cooperstown All Star Village. Job duties include all tasks assigned through completion. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the cleaning of Cooperstown All Star Village complex from a day-to-day, pre-event, during event, and post-event perspective.Assist with all cleaning operations in trash removal and janitorial servicesComplete all job duties as assignedBe reliable and ensure regular attendance for designated shiftsAlways deliver excellent work and maintain high standards, regardless of the situation Qualifications: Required: Possess cleaning product knowledge and proper usage of productsStrong detail-orientation, with ability to problem-solveA friendly personality and excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and high-energyWork Schedule will vary; nights and weekends will be required based on business needsAbsorb training and demonstrate the initiative, desire, and drive to help uphold the values established by the Cooperstown All Star Village name and brand, working with staff to achieve objectives effectively and efficiently Preferred: Preferred experience in custodial/housekeeping services field in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a sports venue or large meeting venuesKnowledge of Bloodborne Pathogens regulations Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements: Perform job responsibilities in a professional manner, while projecting a positive Company imageStand and/or walk during entire shift in all types of weather conditionsLift and/or carry no less than 50 lbs.; ability to reach and bendRecognize and avoid all hazards which may include, but not limited to slipping, tripping, falling.Adhere to Cooperstown All Star Village policies and proceduresWork well with management, staff, and customers #twentry #CASV
