International Sales Area Supervisor Miami, FL | Full-Time | On-Site | International Travel RequiredWe are a market-leading medical device company with an established international footprint. We're looking for a driven International Sales Area Supervisor to own and grow revenue across assigned global territories — working out of our Miami, FL headquarters with regular travel to visit and develop distributor relationships on the ground.ResponsibilitiesDrive all sales and business development activity across assigned international territories and build a distribution channel for each product line.Actively prospect, contact, and convert existing/new distributor and client opportunities; manage the full pipeline from lead to close.Promote and market company products and services to current and potential clients; identify and follow up on all leads and referrals.Develop deep product knowledge and deliver training to distributors and clients as needed.Consistently meet or exceed short- and long-term revenue objectives.RequirementsProven experience in international B2B sales, marketing, or business development.Medical industry experience strongly preferred.Bachelor's degree required.Must be able and willing to travel internationally to visit distributors.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Self-directed, highly motivated, and results-oriented.Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify and resolve client concerns.
