Thread Bank values innovation, collaboration, and flexibility, offering excellent benefits and a family-friendly culture.What We Are Looking ForThe Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to support Thread Bank's growth and operational needs. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding. The Recruiter works collaboratively with department heads and hiring managers to identify talent that aligns with Thread Bank's mission and culture.What You'll DoSource and attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and other professional networksScreen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitCoordinate interview panels, prepare interview materials, and facilitate the selection process with hiring managersConduct background checks and reference verifications in accordance with company policy and legal requirementsExtend job offers, negotiate employment terms, and communicate offer details to candidatesManage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system access setupMaintain and monitor the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment pipelineGenerate recruiting metrics and reports to track recruitment progress, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hirePost job openings to internal and external job boards, LinkedIn, and the company career portalParticipate in recruiting events, career fairs, and university recruitment activities to build the talent pipelineMaintain job descriptions and coordinate updates with hiring managers and department headsMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information in accordance with company policySupport continuous process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experiencePerform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Human Resources or business needsQualificationsNashville Office Based Position M-F 2–4 years of professional recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting softwareStrong attention to detail and accuracy in candidate screening and documentationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple recruiting priorities and meet established timelinesDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience recruiting in the financial services, banking, or fintech industrySHRM-CP or AIRS certificationExperience with recruitment marketing and employer brandingFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar recruiting platformsEmployee must be able to perform essential functions of the position and, if requested, Thread Bank will make reasonable accommodations to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship, in accordance with the ADA.Thread Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
