Mill Laborer

Position Summary:We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Mill Laborer to join our team. The Mill Laborer will support daily mill operations and assist machine operator. This role is hands-on, physical and requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.Responsibilities: Assist in the setup and operation of mill equipmentLoad and unload raw materials on production lineAssist with all material handling, including sorting and stacking of raw materials and finished productsPerform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines, tools, and work areaInspect materials and finished products for qualityFollow all safety policies and proceduresReport any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisorQualifications: High School diploma or equivalentPrevious experience working a lumber yard or mill is preferred.
