Executive Functioning Coach

Executive Functioning Coach Level-Up Life is looking for passionate, dependable, and relationship-focused Executive Functioning Coaches to join our growing team! Our coaches work with children, teens, and young adults to help them build the skills they need to become more organized, independent, confident, and successful in school and everyday life. Compensation Starting pay: $18/hour Increases to $20/hour after one month Opportunities for additional hours as clients become available Schedule Minimum commitment: 10 hours per week Additional hours can be added based on client availability and your schedule Hours have the opportunity to grow over time as you take on additional clients Must be available to work evenings Availability for at least one weekend day is preferred Flexible scheduling within the hours you are available Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree Educational, Human Services, Coaching, Psychology, or related background Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and organized Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule Passion for helping children, teens, and young adults develop practical life and academic skills Must line in Utah or Massachusetts What You'll Do As an Executive Functioning Coach, you will help clients develop and strengthen skills such as: Organization and planning Time management Task initiation and follow-through Goal setting Prioritization Study and academic skills Creating effective routines and habits Accountability and independence Self-advocacy Problem-solving Building confidence and self-trust Coaches work one-on-one with clients and tailor their approach to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. A strong background in education, human services, coaching, psychology, or a related field , combined with a genuine desire to help others, is what we're looking for.
