Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Hunt Valley, MD. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and guiding customers through the buying process. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, showcasing vehicles, assisting with test drives, negotiating prices, and completing sales transactions. The role also involves staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions to effectively meet customer expectations and targets. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsExperience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship managementAbility to understand and communicate product features and specificationsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesWillingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficiency with basic computer applications and CRM toolsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordPrior luxury sales experience is required
