Key Responsibilities Support and educate customers on longevity products and services Respond to patient inquiries across various channels to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with clinical teams to address patient needs and improve customer experience Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role Certified health coach certification or relevant experience in health coaching Education or professional experience in health, wellness, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability to work between 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
