Retail Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Duties - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs - Provide product knowledge and assistance in making purchasing decisions - Process transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist in stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels - Uphold company standards for customer service excellence Qualifications - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling transactions - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively - Knowledge of retail math principles - Experience with cash handling procedures - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional sales results - Supervisory experience or willingness to learn is beneficial - A passion for providing outstanding customer service Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Ability to Commute: White House, TN 37188 (Required) Ability to Relocate: White House, TN 37188: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
