Construction superintendant
Location: Eagle County, COEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage daily on-site operations for commercial and/or residential construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining schedules, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities from project start through completionCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnelMaintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestonesEnsure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codesEnforce jobsite safety standards and company policiesConduct regular site meetings and inspectionsIdentify and resolve field issues quickly and effectivelyMaintain daily reports, site logs, and photo documentationCommunicate regularly with project managers, owners, and inspectorsQualifications5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and building codesAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProven leadership and subcontractor management skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesProficient with basic construction software and mobile reporting toolsValid driver’s licenseBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience401(k) with company match up to 6%Health insurance stipendCompany vehicle providedPaid time off and paid holidaysOpportunities for advancement and long-term career growthHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience to Garrettwill@windmillpropertiesinc.com
