We are focused on delivering a fast, professional, and customer-first service experience. Position OverviewThe Service BDC Representative is responsible for driving service traffic by handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers. This role is key to keeping our shop full and ensuring a great customer experience from the first interaction.
