Job Title: Director, Customer Programs Manager Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee Compensation: $200,000.00 – $220,000.00 Work Model: Onsite  OverviewLeave placeholder text here for recruiter to inputResponsibilitiesLead strategic customer programs and build long-term executive relationships with key clients in the nuclear, defense, and critical infrastructure sectors.Establish and develop a high-performing Customer Programs organization, including recruiting, mentoring, and creating standardized processes and communication tools.Collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure operational excellence.Manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery aligns with customer expectations and enhances satisfaction.Act as a primary escalation point for customer issues, fostering trust and confidence in the company’s capabilities.Drive customer retention, repeat business, and strategic partnerships to support long-term growth. Requirements 15+ years of experience in program management, customer program management, strategic account management, customer success leadership, manufacturing, or industrial operations.Proven success managing executive customer relationships within manufacturing, industrial, energy, defense, aerospace, or nuclear industries.Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.Ability to work onsite in Chattanooga, TN.   System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
