Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Spokane, WA Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $2,300 to $2,500 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Position Overview: Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Location: Spokane, WA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 4x10 (06:45 AM – 5:15 PM) Float: Yes, may float to outpatient surgical center On Call: Required (weeknights or weekends as needed) Weekend Coverage: On-call only Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields during operations Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants as needed Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use Inspect and test surgical equipment to confirm functionality before procedures Handle and label specimens accurately in compliance with universal protocols Adhere strictly to aseptic technique, infection control, radiation safety, and laser safety standards Document equipment use, sterilization processes, and patient safety checks accurately Assist in a wide range of surgical specialties including general, neuro, orthopedic, plastics, pediatrics, ENT, ophthalmology, gynecology, urology, transplant, and robotics Requirements Requirements: Certifications: BLS NBSTSA (preferred, not required) Experience: Minimum 1 year; trauma level I/II preferred; teaching hospital experience preferred Skills: Must be proficient in scrubbing pediatric, ENT, and plastic surgery cases
