Position OverviewWe are seeking a Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, analysis, and execution of infrastructure and construction-related projects. This individual will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and technical staff to develop engineering solutions, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and support projects from concept through completion.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and review engineering designs, plans, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.Support the planning and execution of civil infrastructure, construction, and facility-related projects.Perform engineering analyses and evaluations to ensure project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines are met.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of project delivery.Review project drawings, reports, and technical submittals for accuracy and compliance.Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning activities.Conduct site visits, inspections, and field assessments as needed to support project objectives.Identify technical challenges and develop practical engineering solutions.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, or related engineering fields.Demonstrated expertise in engineering principles, methodologies, and industry standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with engineering software and standard office applications.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Ten (10) or more years of engineering experience.Experience supporting complex infrastructure, construction, utility, transportation, facility, or public works projects.Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure.Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.Desired SkillsAdvanced knowledge of civil engineering concepts, principles, and practices.Strong project coordination and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.Experience preparing technical reports and engineering documentation.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.Work EnvironmentCombination of office and field environments.Occasional travel to project sites, construction locations, or client facilities may be required.Ability to perform site inspections and field assessments as necessary.ScheduleFull-time position.Occasional overtime or travel may be required based on project demands.
