This role oversees internal and external teams, owns client relationships and/or national accounts, ensures financial performance, and partners with Office Leadership on staffing decisions.Financial & Operational OversightManage cost control, forecasting, and change managementEnsure accurate billing, receivables, and backlog reportingCommunicate and document budget changes per contract requirementsSupport performance management and growth planningParticipate in hiring, mentoring, and training initiativesDevelop and deliver training on best practices and leadershipResponsible for overall project team success, mentoring staff, addressing performance matters, and recommending title or compensation changes as appropriate.Bachelor's in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree)~10+ years project management experience~ Experience overseeing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination~ We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
