Mobile Fleet Mechanic Full-Time | Salaried | Weekly Pay Location: Central Connecticut Compensation: Highly competitive, commensurate with experience. Company-Provided Service Vehicle Included About the Role We are seeking a dependable and skilled Mobile Fleet Mechanic to support our growing operation. This is a salaried position with a company-provided service vehicle, responsible for maintaining a fleet of approximately 25 trucks. While experience with Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo VNL trucks is a plus but not required. We welcome candidates of all experience levels, including recent graduates eager to build a career in fleet maintenance. Key Responsibilities Perform light to heavy-duty mechanical tasks, including: Oil changes and greasing Belt replacements Basic diagnostics and mechanical repairs Shuttle trucks to/from dealerships and outside repair facilities Complete daily and weekly fleet inspections Maintain organized maintenance records and reports Ensure all fleet equipment remains safe, compliant, and operational Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support long-term career development: Salary Range: $25 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience (approximatelyto roughly $52,000 to $70,000 per year).
