JOB ID: PHS-5917 Position: X RAY TECH Shift Schedule: 12:00 - 22:30 Job Type : Long Term Location: Mesquite, TX 75149 Start date: 02/15/2026 - 05/16/2026 Pay:$45-$47 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused X-Ray Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality imaging in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards. M-F 12p – 4:30p Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State. ARRT-R & CT ARRT, is required. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations. Current BCLS (AHA). At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist. Proficient computer skills. 7.One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred. 8.Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required. 9.Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required. 10.Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT. 11.Venipuncture certificate (proficient in starting IV's for contrast injections) Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as per physician orders Accurately position patients to obtain optimal images Ensure radiation safety and follow ALARA principles Verify patient identity and explain procedures clearly Maintain and operate X-ray equipment safely and efficiently Review images for quality and completeness before submission Maintain patient records and documentation in EMR/PACS Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols Assist radiologists and clinical staff as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Precision Scans is an equal opportunity employer, committed to cultural diversity.
