This position focuses on providing high-quality rehabilitation services to a primarily geriatric population, including short-term rehab patients and long-term care residents.The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions designed to restore functional independence, improve safety, and enhance overall quality of life.
