Now Hiring: Financial Systems / EPM Lead (Hybrid Role)We're working with a major organization to bring on a Financial Systems / EPM professional to support and enhance enterprise reporting and planning platforms. This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office: Mon/Wed/Fri | Remote: Tues/Thurs).Core Responsibilities:Support and manage Hyperion Planning & HFM (Financial Management) environmentsAssist in transitioning work from a 3rd-party vendor (approx. 4-month transition)Oversee vendor performance, set expectations, and manage deliverablesProvide production support (including ticketing, SLAs, and environment setup)Contribute to test automation initiatives (review scripts, define tools, implement solutions)Support/reporting systems such as Orbit ReportingRequired Experience:5–6+ years in financial systems, reporting, or EPM toolsHands-on experience with:Hyperion Planning & HFM (required)Reporting tools like Orbit or similarStrong background in system/report designExperience managing or supervising teams or vendorsERP experience (JD Edwards or SAP preferred)Power BI expertise – must clearly demonstrate:Reports/dashboards builtSpecific business use cases and impactNice to Have:OneStream experienceExperience setting up production support models (SLAs, ticketing, environments)Screening Notes:Candidates must demonstrate hands-on ERP and reporting experienceAvoid profiles with vague Power BI claims (no clear deliverables)Watch for resume gaps or inflated skillsets without project backing
