Job Title: Senior Programmer Analyst (COBOL/XGEN)Location: Dimondale, MI (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote) Type: Contract Interview Process: Virtual interview via MS TeamsSkills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.Experience:5+ years of programming experience with COBOL or XGEN.5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting system requirements.3+ years of experience writing test cases and validating test results.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Technical Knowledge:Understanding of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM).Familiarity with IT change management processes and tools.
