AI Solution Architect

We’re currently working with a team looking to bring on an AI Solutions Architect to help design and scale modern AI applications powering internal tools and workflows.This is a highly technical role focused on building real-world AI systems from the ground up, ideal for someone who enjoys owning architecture while staying hands-on in engineering and implementation.Location: Dallas, TXCompensation: Up to $220K base + strong overall packageThe Role:Design and deploy intelligent agent-based applications and AI workflowsBuild scalable AI systems spanning LLMs, orchestration layers, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and backend servicesIntegrate AI functionality into existing platforms, applications, and operational toolingHelp shape technical direction and best practices around modern AI developmentWork closely with engineering and leadership teams to identify and implement high-impact AI solutionsStay hands-on across prototyping, architecture, deployment, and optimization of AI applications in productionRequirements:Proven experience building and deploying AI applications into productionStrong experience with multi-agent systems and AI orchestrationExperience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar toolingStrong cloud and infrastructure experience across AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience integrating AI into existing systems and environmentsStrong hands-on engineering background with the ability to operate at both strategic and technical levelsThis is an opportunity to join a team actively building and scaling practical AI applications with strong visibility and ownership across technical direction and delivery.
