In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored mobile solutions, handle sales transactions, and meet or exceed sales goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, assisting with store merchandising, supporting promotional events, and delivering exemplary customer service to enhance the shopping experience.QualificationsSales and Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact positively with a diverse customer baseAbility to learn and explain features of telecommunication products and services effectivelyProblem-Solving and Organizational skills for efficiently handling customer inquiries and multitaskingBasic Computer and Technology skills to operate sales systems and assist customers with tech-related questionsPrevious retail or telecommunications experience is an advantage but not mandatoryHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales is a plusAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
