Suit Auditor
Our firm is looking to add a detail‑oriented professional to conduct thorough audits of case files, verify accuracy, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and procedural standards. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong high attention to detail, critical‑thinking skills, the ability to ask informed questions, and a capacity to learn and adapt quickly.Under general supervision, the Suit Auditor is responsible for reviewing files and preparing accounts for a legal action.This position will be part of our Commercial unit located in Dublin, Ohio.Hours: M-F, 8am - 4:45pm (hybrid schedule after 6 months of employment, 3 days in office)Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksReviews accounts prior to litigation, ensuring all client and WWR standards have been metRequest specific documentation via Client Media department and review to ensure PII is accurate, redacted and court requirements are metReview documentation for balance, consumer name, client name, interest requirements and any bill of sales if applicableDetermines need for any suit authorization or court costs needs and works with the appropriate department to requestResponds to client requests via appropriate channels and investigates accounts for resolvesCloses accounts accordingly to established proceduresWorks with Supervisor and Business Analyst to meet client expectationsPerforms data entry functions to update account notes and complete a check list for audit detailsCompletes various Department reports as neededComplete all required training applicable to this positionRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this positionOther duties, as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)1-year relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceAbility to type a minimum of 45 words per minute with accuracy, 10 key a plusDetail oriented and analytical skillsComputer operation skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and TeamsLegal experience preferredCompensation And BenefitsThe expected pay range for this position is $18.29-22.04/hourPaid Time Off (PTO) - 16 days annually + 9 Company paid holidaysCompetitive benefits - Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Parental Leave, Life and Disability Insurance and more.
