Immediate Need: BC/BE EM Physician for 12-Bed Hybrid Facility We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician for an immediate locum tenens assignment near White Mills, KY. Provide exceptional care in a dynamic, state-of-the-art free-standing hybrid ER/Urgent Care facility. Schedule & Flexibility: Schedule: Flexible 12-hour shifts (Day: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or Night: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Commitment: Only 4 shifts per month required. No On-Call Duties. Competitive ongoing contract potential. Practice Setting Highlights: Setting: 12-bed Emergency Room / Urgent Care facility. Census: Average daily census of 58 patients (approx. 60 per 24 hours). Volume Mix: 70% Urgent Care and 30% Emergency Medicine. Support: 24/7 physician presence and 16 hours of daily APC coverage. On-Site: Full in-house labs, X-ray, and CT imaging available. Requirements: Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM if EM trained). Current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Must possess a Kentucky medical license (IMLC accepted). Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience preferred. Experience with Epic EMR is a plus. Compensation: Rate: Highly competitive at $325.00 per hour.
