The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.Job Description:Direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlementsAssociates will also be able to assist with and lead trials.
