Accounting ClerkJob Summary:The accounting clerk is responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing various clerical tasks, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Royalty Payment Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process licensee and licensor payments Maintain accurate records of royalty payments Prepare royalty payment reportsWork with Royalty Administrator on new contracts and update current contracts as necessaryPricing responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work with Inventory Managers and Growers to collect data Assist controller to create costing model annuallyPrimary Record Keeper for meetings regarding product pricing models and associated spreadsheetsPrimary point of contact with pricing for internal and external sales brokersSupplier costs and negotiations annuallyReporting responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Monthly sales reports, year-end sales review, freight costing, order fulfillmentInventory responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage and participate in quarterly inventory countsMonthly accounting inventory adjustments in general ledgerAccounting responsibilities include:Assist AP and AR as neededAnswer customer phone calls regarding account statusGeneral Ledger entries and reconciliationAssist with annual sales and board booksMonthly petty cash count/auditCorporate credit card reconciliation
