Licensed Dental Assistant Revive Periodontics and Implants is seeking a skilled Licensed Dental Assistant to join our well‑established periodontal practice. This position will be split between our two locations, Inver Grove Heights and Burnsville. With Dr. Glover’s fresh, patient‑centered approach energizing our team, we are elevating our standards and expanding our impact. You will support exceptional patient care, and contribute to the positive, upbeat atmosphere our patients love. Preferred experience/skillset/characteristics: Have a current Dental Assistant license in the state of Minnesota Have a deep interest in continuing education and up to date on the current trends in Dentistry/Dental Assisting Possess sharp clinical skills including but not limited to capturing diagnostic x-rays, digital scanning, ordering supplies, managing daily schedules and anticipating the needs of the doctor Desired characteristics: superb time management, self-starter, comforting chair-side communication style and ability to work independently and cohesively within a team Areas of practice: Prosthodontics: all on x cases Oral surgery: implant placement, extractions, bone grafting Periodontics: periodontal surgery procedures, gingival grafting Technology & Op Layout: Open Dental PM software VaTech and Dexis sensors I/O cameras Digital scanner CBCT Piezo Smile Design Software 3D printer Epic laser 8 op layout Hours: Tuesday – Thursday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Friday 7:00 am – 2:00 pm *Flexible schedule designcan be discussed in a further interview Compensation & benefits: $2,000 welcome bonus Compensation starting at $31/hour based on experience Benefits including but not limited to 401K with 3% contribution by Dr. Glover, profit sharing, PTO, paid holidays, sick pay, medical insurance, CPR, CE, and more To learn more about us, we invite you to visit us at reviveperio.com Please submit your resume directly in response to this ad to reserve an interview today!
