Reporting and deficiencies to the PMo Scheduling/taking professional photos of rent ready unitso Creating marketing advertisements, utilizing Tenant Turner, Facebook, and other programs to generate lead flowo Lead response and showings, open houses, collecting property feedback from leads and providing that to the property managero Conducting showings and leasing propertieso Move in walk throughso Facilitate leasing process from approved application through move-in, including assisting with PetScreening and security deposit collection process.o Drafting leases for PM to send outFulfill any additional duties as assigned by the team, including but not limited to:o Reporting any and all property deficiencies/repair needs to PM/APMo Continuing education for maintaining an active real estate licenseo Managing a calendar for your portfolio, including but not limited to tracking dates regarding lease renewals, non-renewals, regular maintenance, and other important dates, and remaining organizedo Building and maintaining positive relationship prospects, vendors, and coworkerso Using high touch communication methods, such as Teams, phone calls, texts, and emailo Applying the Urgent vs. Important Matrix to determine levels of need and forms of communication and actionso Direct prospects to applicationso Reviewing and processing leases, obtaining any required approvals, delivering to residents, and closing the dealso Working with a team and different departments to complete taskso Attending daily check-ins with Portfolio Manager for daily taskso Using AppFolio to update correct property information and pulling reports as noticedo Develop full understanding of the Portfolio Management RoleLearn and uphold Atlas best practices:o Always tell the truth every time without hesitation; aka make a non-conforming commitment to truthfulness.o Do the right thing, every time even if it's inconvenient or costly.o Understand and comply with applicable law and Atlas policies.o Use good judgment and avoid even the appearance of improper conduct.o Treat every person with dignity and respect.o Seek guidance when questions arise about the right course of action.o Intervene to prevent others from acting if you become aware that they are contemplating violating the law or the policies of Atlas.o Raise your hand to leadership if you encounter possible violations of the law or Atlas policies.o Bad news first and fastWhat You Get:Base Salary: $49,500 - $61,000/year, depending on skills and experience25% Annual Performance-Based Bonus, paid out monthly based on KPIs$6,000 Yearly Stipend for ExpensesCompensation - $67,875 - $82,250Benefits that Support Your Well-being:Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision)Generous time off, including discretionary time off, holidays, birthdays, and volunteer daysPaid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parentsSupplemental insurance options (life, disability, critical illness, etc.)Gym membership stipend to promote physical health.Financial Wellness:Competitive salaries and bonus plans.Team member ownership program.Incentives and education to become a real estate investor (discounts, reduced fees).Additional Perks:Laptop reimbursement: We are a Bring-Your-Own-Device company, but we offer reimbursement to help you purchase a laptop that you'll own!Employee Referral programPet Insurance and Discount plansCompost-at-home reimbursementAnnual holiday party and 5-year anniversary tripOffice perks like dog-friendly spaces and kombucha on tap!Join Atlas Real Estate and experience a Total Rewards package that invests in your success and well-being.Recruiting Agency Notice: Atlas Real Estate Group does not accept agency resumes and is not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.
