Dental Posting/Billing Specialist

In this role, you will play a key part in managing patient financial accounts and ensuring a smooth, accurate billing experience for both patients and insurance providers.Your attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and dental billing expertise will be key to your daily responsibilities.What You’ll DoManage Dental Claims:Posting Payments: Accurately post payments from both patients and insurance companies.Claim resubmittals: Investigate unpaid or denied claims and collaborate with insurers to resolve issues promptly.Patient Support: Send patient statements and assist with billing inquiriesRecordkeeping: Run insurance and patient reports to maintain precise and up-to-date patient billing records for compliance.Team Collaboration: Work closely with office teams to ensure efficient AR processes and revenue cycle operations.What You BringExperience: At least 2 years of experience in dental payment posting, with strong knowledge of EOB (Explanation of Benefits) interpretation.
