Facility Information Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:1 Credentials required: BLS and ACLS for RNs, Will you accept pending license NO Facility Size: 110 Bed Scrub Color: N/A wears hospital scrubs Shift: Day 8 hour shifts for CVOR, on call rotation and will be discussed in interview. Is it a Union Facility: YES Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTE's): Average 30 cases per day in Main OR. Average of 2 cases per day in CVOR. No floating Culture: Family feel, supportive, community hospital, good working relationship with OR management, room for advancement. CVOR program has a 3 Star STS rating. How many years of experience and education is required: 1 year of OR or CVOR experience for CVOR positions.
