We're investing in a leader to build, shape, and scale this function in a highly visible role that will define the future of our digital business.The Director of eCommerce will own our Shopify DTC and Amazon marketplace businesses while creating a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints. This role goes beyond managing a site — you'll set strategy, define the roadmap, and execute it. We need someone who can operate independently, prioritize effectively, and move initiatives forward without significant oversight. It requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to think commercially and act tactically. DTC (Shopify) — Growth & ExperienceFull ownership of Shopify site performanceCustomer journey optimization and funnel strategyConversion rate optimization and testing roadmapSEO strategy, execution and content visibilitySite personalization and digital merchandisingUI/UX improvements in partnership with offshore development teamDigital performance reporting and insights2. Amazon Marketplace — Commercial Performance (20–25%)Overall Amazon P&L ownershipCross-functional partnership on inventory planning, allocation and Open-to-Buy (OTB) managementManage Amazon ads lead and marketplace optimizationOptimize listings, PDP content, and marketplace SEO3. Brand Ecosystem StrategyDefine how the brand shows up digitally and ensure product storytelling and positioning are cohesive across Shopify, Amazon, and other channels.Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to maintain consistency in messaging and experienceIdentify opportunities for DTC to elevate overall brand equity while supporting wholesale growth4. Commercial & Inventory AlignmentOwn DTC and Amazon OTB planningAlign merchandising strategy with inventory strategyForecast demand in partnership with planning, operations and finance5. Team Leadership & ExecutionManage offshore team in the Philippines responsible for site updates and optimizationsManage Amazon advertising agencySet roadmap and prioritize initiativesEnsure disciplined execution6. Conversion Rate and AOV) based on brand goalsCohesive brand storytelling across all digital channelsDisciplined inventory alignmentEfficient offshore executionIncreased digital sophistication year over yearWho You Are6–10+ years of eCommerce leadership experienceDeep Shopify expertise (Required)Strong Amazon marketplace experienceExperience owning OTB or inventory planningStrong understanding of SEO, CRO, personalization, and digital merchandisingExperience working across multi-channel Wholesale and DTC ecosystems preferredHighly autonomous and resourcefulComfortable operating in lean, founder-led environmentsCommercially minded and data-drivenEntrepreneurial, resourceful, and hungryCompensation$150,000 – $165,000 base salaryCompensation commensurate with experience and impact.A competitive compensation package will be offered including base salary, medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Account, and 401k benefits. This job requires occasional travel.
