Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a reliable and organized administrative professional to join our team. This role requires balancing multiple tasks such as managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling expenses, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate will be flexible and collaborative, working closely within a team of administrative staff.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Executive Assistant who works with C-Suite and executives in both Colorado and Canada.Manage calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Handle expense management and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.Provide general administrative support and maintain a well-organized office environment.Essential SkillsProven administrative experience, particularly in a corporate environment.Experience working with executives and C-Suite individuals.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills.Experience with expense reporting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the construction industry is a plus.Strong professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Work EnvironmentThis role is fully onsite, working directly with the Executive Assistant. You will be part of a team of approximately six administrative staff members. Our work environment is highly collaborative, with a culture that is easygoing yet maintains high expectations. The typical work schedule is from 9 AM to 5 PM. We value individuals who are self-driven, dependable, and appreciate a relaxed yet professional atmosphere. Attention to detail and quality is paramount, and we foster a culture of respect and teamwork.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lone Tree, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
