We believe culture makes a difference and we strive to build lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community.As a Master Technician at Shottenkirk Automotive Group, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. With your expertise, you will demonstrate exceptional technical skills and knowledge to provide top-quality service to our customers.Responsibilities:Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues across a range of vehicle systemsUtilizing advanced diagnostics tools and OEM technology to ensure accurate assessments and repairsFollowing company guidelines and procedures for efficient and effective servicePartner with Service Advisors to communicate recommended repairs and timelines clearly to customersMaintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment and maintain all company guidelinesCollaborating with team members to improve productivity and customer satisfactionRequirements:Proven experience as a Master Technician or advanced role as automotive techStrong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostic protocols and repair techniquesExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and in a high performing team environmentValid driver's licenseASE certifications strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain)What we offer:Relocation assistance for out of area candidatesCompetitive pay + Bonus potentialOngoing training and career advancement opportunitiesFull benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) and paid time offSupportive leadership and a strong team cultureState of the art facilities and toolsShottenkirk Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
