Consultant Review Officer

A company is looking for a Consultant Review Officer who will conduct impartial reviews of Requests for Review submitted by claimants. Key Responsibilities Independently review Requests for Review submitted by claimants regarding Claims Administrator decisions Assess claim decisions objectively and determine whether to confirm, reverse, or vary the original decision Document review outcomes clearly and ensure reviews are conducted fairly and consistently Qualifications & Requirements Required: Bachelor of Laws 10+ years of experience in litigation and class action settlements Experience interacting with claimants and claims administrators Cross-jurisdictional perspective and understanding of dispute resolution and claims adjudication Must be authorized to work within Canada
