Human Resources ManagerLauderdale Lakes, FL (Onsite 5 Days/Week)$100K–$120K Base SalaryA growing healthcare organization is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join their team in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. This position will play a key leadership role across recruiting, employee support, onboarding, and HR operations within a fast-paced environment of approximately 100 employees.The largest focus of this role will be full-cycle recruiting, specifically for healthcare-related positions including RNs, LPNs, LCSWs, and other clinical professionals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting efforts for clinical and healthcare-related positionsPartner with leadership to support ongoing hiring initiatives and workforce planningManage onboarding and employee engagement effortsSupport day-to-day HR operations and employee relations mattersOversee the administrative side of payroll, including ensuring timecards are submitted accurately and on timePartner closely with the company's PEO, which handles approximately 75% of payroll processingMaintain HR compliance, policies, and best practicesQualificationsStrong hands-on HR Management experienceProven recruiting experience is required, with recruiting being the primary focus of the roleExperience recruiting healthcare professionals is highly preferredHealthcare industry experience is a plus, but not requiredPayroll expertise is not required — exposure to payroll administration and timecard management is sufficientExperience with any HRIS/payroll platform is acceptable (company currently utilizes Vensure)Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsAdditional Information• Onsite position – 5 days per week• Growing organization with approximately 100 employees• Highly visible role with strong leadership interaction• Opportunity to make a direct impact on talent acquisition and employee operations
